Why do men lie and then get amnesia?

i met a guy. we did the monkey dance (u know). things were ok we were just cool and casual - to me , but he acted like he really liked me and wanted to start something serious. lil while later i see him in the car with some girl in a very relationship-like argument. couldnt hear what they said but come on now, i wasnt born yesterday. so I asked him what the deal was and told him its ok and that he cud be honest w/ me and this azzhole basically was like " what are you talking about?" what the hell is that sh*t about? men, please answer this, im dyin to know.Why do men lie and then get amnesia?
