What do i do about a girl who says she will call and doesnt?

we hung out only once,and it went well.SHE told ME she wanted to hang out again last week but she would let me know if she had a sitter.that was a week and a half ago,then she text me just to say hi and never got to me about the date? like she had amnesia! and i know for a fact shes been going out so she had a sitter.now ill text her and she seems happy to hear from me.its usually small talk but when i say something about me wanting to see her pretty face again or something were i think im showing im attracted to her and intrested i dont get a text back!! whats running through her head!!?? not only that but she would say "im going out tonight,ill call you to tell you were i am" and will never call!!What do i do about a girl who says she will call and doesnt?
Delete her number and find a different one. This one is not interested enough to be serious about you.

Well it's a little creepy that you "know for a fact she's been going out". And some how I guess your thinking is that she shouldn't be going out and doing anything at all unless it's with you...But beyond that, the truth of the matter is that if she wanted to phone/text/go out again she will. You just need to chill out. Maybe she's deciding if she wants to again. If you push it you might scare her away. You might be comming on to strong. If you don't contact her for a bit she'll contact you. If she doesn't, she's just not into you.
