Beautiful character for my victorian story?

i'm making a victorian-era story and in it the main character's cousin is a beautiful eighteen-year-old girl who suffers from amnesia. she seems snobby at first but they become friends soon. anyway, my main question; how do you all think she should look?

like list hair, skin, lip, and eye color; hair texture (wavy, sleek, thick, curly, etc.); and build (skinny, hourglass, chubby, tall, petite, etc.)Beautiful character for my victorian story?
In my school I specialize in English and Literature! So I know a lil bit about the victorian era. Are you ready for this? Ha.

Hair-Long, the women did not ever have short hair. It should be a dark brown, almost black. With natural red low lights. She should have large curls in her hair. When she pulls her hair up her curls hang from a large red ribbon. The ribbon is more of a crimson color. And her bangs should hang so that they cover her left eye, for a more mysterious look.

Skin-She should be pale. Luminescent could be a excellent word to use in your book to describe her skin color. Her cheeks should have a soft very pale pink color to them.

Lips-Her lips should match her skin. Very pale with just a little bit of color in them. But when she goes out to important occasions she wears a deep red/crimson lip stick that matches her ribbon.

Eyes-Her eye color should be ice blue. A piercing blue color. You said she acts snobby, so the ice blue eyes will make her seem cold.

Build-She should be tall. And very thin. About 5'6, which is fairly tall for a women in the Victorian era. Most women were only 5 foot. She should be very thin, with small features.

Acts- Her ettiquite should be fenominal. She is fairly quiet at first, then snobby, then calm. Her amnesia makes her emotional. Which wasn't viewed highly. She should cry often, but only in private. Then she should be found by someone while she is crying and he can fall for her.

Hope I helped!Beautiful character for my victorian story?
She has soft pale skin, Her back is NEVER hunched, she has a straight form, very skinny, Soft curls that details her skinny, petite body features. Her hair should always be down and I'm kind of imaginig a reddish brown hair or blonde. Her lip color is a bright pink that matches her blushes and her eyes are aqua blue like a sapphire or whatever color you want :) Hope this helps. She uses very well manners and nothing out of her seems out of place. She is perfectly perfect. She looks like royalty and the main character would probably not able to figure out at firt glance that she has amnesia. Her skin looks smooth and soft like cotton candy.Beautiful character for my victorian story?
my idea would be...:

Hair = long brown hair that's usually always up in a bun, maybe with about two little strands hanging down

Skin = pale, that doesn't blush much, with very high cheekbones that cast light diagonal angular shadows on her face

eye colour = bright blue, almond-shaped

lip colour = normal colour, sort of peachy pink. not too strong

hair texture = thick and with a slight wave in it, but it's in a bun so it's not easy to tell

build = quite tall for the age (5"5' maybe) and quite awkward in the way she stands. Slim, but not incredibly skinny. Maybe a little under the average weight, but not by much

I said this because you said her character suffers from amnesia and seems snobby at first. Well the cheekbones plus the high pulled up hair will give her a regal look and if she stands at 5"5', which was taller than average in the victorian age, she could seem like she's looking down on you. Also if she doesn't remember anything she isn't going to blush much because she has nothing to be embarrassed about. The snobbiness could come in here because she doesn't know anyone and doesn't know how to act. I think the look fits her, but it's your choice! =]
Okay I love character questions...thanks for answering mine by the way.

I imagine her with pale skin with a slight blush in her cheeks.

Dark hair that curls around her shoulders, full lips, and brown eyes. Somehow brown is the best eye-colour to portray emotion through when writing. But if you want her to come across as cold and distant, then I'd use blue (No offense intended to blue-eyed people). She should be tall and statuesque, like a model. I'm thinking along the lines of Keira Knightley or someone like that...*
