What kind of amnesia is this?

I know there's many different kinds of amnesia possible. What specific kind of condition (or medical term) is correct for these symptoms? Is this possible?:

- She is unconscious

- She is sent to hospital

- After ...... amount of time, girl wakes up from unconsciousness

- She retains her general knowledge, but remembers nothing whatsoever about her personal life or about her past. She can't remember her name, doesn't know how old she is, can't recognise her friends or family, etc... but she could point out USA on a map, for example. She can still walk, talk etc.

- She recovers quite quickly, but can never get back her memories... she has to relearn everything about herself.

- She can only remember a brief flash of pain but that's about it.
