I think I watched it on toonami or G4TV a few years ago. The main character was a girl. She woke up in a hospital room with amnesia. This one doctor was supposedly helping her but she had a ton of debt and he turned out to be a villian in this conspiracy that was after her. Then I remember her running away in this red sports car. Any ideas as to which anime this could be?What is the name of this anime?
