thnx!Are these signs of amnesia?
Yes, No, Maybe. While the symptoms you've described can be symptoms of some types of amnesia, it's very unlikely that's what you're experiencing. In particular, forgetting everyday things can be an early symptom of amnesic disorders such as Korsakoff's syndrome. This is typically caused by a lack of thiamine in the brain, resulting in the decay of the mammilarly bodies and some thalamic tracts. The typical cause is chronic, severe alcohol use. Which is why it's unlikely that you, at 15, are suffering from Korsakoff's.

What's more likely is that you're suffering from being a 15 year old girl. Simply put, we remember that which we pay attention to. And when you're 15, there's a lot going on. You've got a much more complex social life, more difficult classes, and more personal interests than you did when you were in grade school. Your body is different, your brain is different, and both are soaked in hormones that make your life and emotions seem much more intense than they did when you were in grade school. Because you have a limited amount of attention, things might slip by, such as your history book, the sprinkler, and random names and dates that just don't interest you.

If you want to improve your memory for these things, think about ways of reminding yourself. Make a special place for all your school books, and enforce it. Set timers to remind you to take care of the sprinkler. Setup study times to help you recall names, dates, and other facts. Flash cards with a friend can be particularly effective at that, particularly if you make them yourself. Are these signs of amnesia?
Amnesia is caused by some force of blunt trauma to the head. It's not like Alzheimer's. You need to stop making excuses for what ever is going on and get back on track. It sounds to me like you've picked up a few undesirables as friends and maybe you're dab ling in some alcohol or drugs? It's funny that you never mentioned suffering from a head injury. You're 15, likely you don't have anything wrong with you but your current plan for life. Fix it, stop going out, partying, and bull shitting. If I am wrong about all that, then let's look at some biological changes, maybe puberty is kicking in. That will tend to cause confusion. Look at all aspects, but it sounds like this is all correctable by you!Are these signs of amnesia?
Depends on what happened to start this.
No that's not amnesia you'll be fine. I used to get A's and B's younger too but then everything got harder. You're just probably lacking focus, try to pay more attention to what your doing.

It sounds more like you drift off into la la land than amnesia. Once again, I went through the same thing.
