Help for writing a twist into a short story?

Ok, well basically, I am writing a story about this girl who wakes up from a coma and has amnesia. The start of the short story will basically be her trying to remember everyone and any important things that have happened in her life.

But I need a good twist at the end of the story, can anyone help me to think of one? Thankyou!!Help for writing a twist into a short story?
at the end of the story she could remember everything but everything she remembered was in a different person that she didn't knows life.
maybe its all a dream or she remebers a certain bit from how she got in a coma but make it very intense or that she has a six sense and has not got amnesia can just see people dead from the past or sees things before they happen, so you could say she was trying to remeber and got this sudden flas of screaming, saw few glimpses anf the girl being murdered then the next day it happened...

At the end it turns out that the woman is sitting over one of her family members in a hospital bed and talking to them but it turns out that she is not in a coma, the family member is and they are seeing through the woman's point of view as they are in a coma b/c of the woman's actions earlier.
She suddenly realises that not only had she been in a coma for over Seventy thousand million squillion years......... and a half. But she was also a bit of dust, and had imagined the whole thing. Da da..... wooooo Go team. Oh now little timmy, who's gunna feed us now. That's ok young fish, you'll breathe on land one day I promise you (teary eyed), I shall help, if it's the last thing i do!!! Mwah ha ha ha h (evil yet somewhat relaxing laugh). THE ENDHelp for writing a twist into a short story?
Just brainstorm ideas. Think about your characters and the kinds of things that could happen. Read other similar stories as well and think how you would change things and improve them and try and use that within your own stories (although keep yours original of course, don't copy their stories and just change odd part).

she finally remembers her family. but wait, there's something horrible about them she remembers, but as soon as she starts to remember what it was the nuclear bombs kill everyone. so it really didn't matter that much, in the scheme of things.
how exactly did she go into a coma? bc it will be a good story if she finds out that the closest people to her maybe had something to do with her losing her memory. Maybe she didn't even go into a coma.

I don't know just a suggestion.
