What Mecha Anime is this scene from?

Heya, a while back I started watching some anime, now I cant remember what it was. Dont even know if it was a movie or series but here we go:

All i know is at the beginning there in this underground bunker with all these people and each mecha has its own pilot. None of the pilots are where they should be and one thing I remember specifically is a little boy pilot is in a room with another pilot who is passed out or in a coma and while it doesnt show it he later hollers to another girl (before she throws him in a elevator to his gear and she ends up dying in a explosion) that he did something naughty to the amnesia girl.

I believe his gear was underwater hiding waiting for him or something while another pilot and her gear were fighting off....angels..that cant be right but thats what my mind says but she was fighting off something and kicking their butts till she used up all her power or something and then it was up to the kid and thats all I saw. Seemed very intriguing. I know i'm not good at trying to explain but ne help would be great. Thanks!What Mecha Anime is this scene from?

part is in the episode where Shinji visits the mindraped Asuka in the hospital. It's not amnesia. She was psychologically assaulted by the "angel" Arael. She was left in a coma-like depressive state.

is in the "End of Evangelion"(alternate ending), where Asuka was able to get up from her mental breakdown and defend NERV from JSSDF attack. Then she fought the "mass produced angels" and managed to beat them though she ran out of power in the end while the "mass produced angels" regenerated from the unlimited power their s2 engines gave them. She lost.

In the original ending... if I remember right, she was still in coma-like state.

The first part of the question makes me think you might be talking about Blue Gender, which breifly ran on Adult Swim... The underwater bit sounds like you might be thinking of Blue Submarine No.6 which ran on Toonami back in the day... however the only mecha show IIRC that fought against angles, would be Evangelion but the rest of you said plot sounds nothing like it...
