How should I start my story?

I'm having some problems starting my story.

Title: Change of Plans

Genre: romance/historical fiction

Summary: a girl who gets amnesia becomes the librarian, gets engaged, her fianc茅's best friend (the prince) invites them to dinner then a love triangle forms



I don't know if I should start it with her getting amnesia, going to an orphange, becoming the librarian or getting proposed to...How should I start my story?
Start off your story with her having amnesia... It's like the beginning of her "second" life, and it should be the beginning of the story鈥攕he's finding out who she is from the past, and the start of that adventure is the perfect way to draw the reader in.

You should start it in the future and make her reflect on her past.
